Reserve Bank of India RBI Grade B 2017 Examination Details.

Over the years there has been a rise in the number of bank job aspirants. Do you wish to seek respectable option, great perks and a considerably good amount of salary, who wouldn’t aim for such a job? One such job in the country is the RBI Grade B 2017 recruitment. The RBI Grade ‘B’ 2017 examination is an open online competitive exam, for the selection of candidates for the Grade ‘b’ post. This is a very reputed post in the bank and offers a great salary and facilities to the appointed officer. There are two phases of this examination: Phase 1 which is mainly objective and includes tests based on general, English language, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning. The online RBI Grade B 2017 test is of 200 marks and needs to be completed in 2hrs. Phase 2 includes objective tests based on economic and social issues, a subjective test on English writing skills and lastly a test on finance and management/economics/statistics. While the first two are compulsory, candidates can choose the subject for the third one. Each exam is of 100 marks with duration of 1hr 30mins. RBI 2017 Grade B is a national level entrance examination and people all around India struggle for this post. So by now, you must have obviously guessed that cracking RBI Grade B 2017 exam is not an easy task. High-end preparations are required and that’s just not enough! One needs to also simultaneously be aware of the current on-goings in the country as well as the world around.

Since this entrance examination is difficult and at times just a single attempt is not sufficient for a candidate to get through it, thus, the candidate has a provision of appearing RBI Grade B 2017 examination maximum of 6 times, beyond which the applicant is suggested to stop attempting it. However, no such condition is put for SC/ST/OBC/PWD applicants.

  1. One needs to be an Indian citizen/citizen of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan to be applicable.
  2. Age limit is 21 to 30 years of age.
  3. A minimum of 60% marks (50% in case of ST/SC/OBC/PWD) or an equivalent grade in 10th, 12th and bachelor’s degree in all semesters.

To apply for RBI Grade B exam, one has to fill an online form on the official Reserve Bank website and further make payment according to the acceptable mode. One has to print his/her admit card after downloading it and also check all the imprinted details on the admit card.

One needs to prepare rigorously to attain the minimum required score for RBI Grade B 2017 exam. The government has taken all measures to ensure that talent from all around the country gets an opportunity to attempt this exam.
